Airwallex raised $330 million in Series G at an $8 billion valuation to expand its global payments platform in the US and European markets.
Flex raised $60 million in Series B to build an AI-powered one-stop finance platform for mid-sized businesses.
Esusu raised $50 million in Series C to scale its rental reporting and affordable housing credit building platform.
that streamlines accounting, AP/AR workflows, and financial ops for SMEs.
Fibe raised $35 million in Series F led by the International Finance Corporation to scale its consumer lending and financial wellbeing products.
401GO raised $33 million in Series B to grow its 401(k) offerings to SMBs, expanding its embedded partnerships.
IMTC raised $12 million in Series A to optimize fixed income portfolios at scale.
Tonik Financial raised $12 million in pre-Series C financing to bolster regulatory capital and accelerate growth of its digital bank operations in the Philippines.
Skydo raised ₹90 crore (~$10 million) to grow its cross-border payments platform and expand operations to the U.S.

Nuuvia CUSO raised $4 million to accelerate youth banking innovation by partnering with financial institutions to build best-in-class youth engagement.
Curvestone AI raised $4 million in seed funding to build its workflow automation platform for the financial services, legal, and insurance sectors.
Barclays invested in United Fintech as part of the company’s growth capital strategy to expand digital lending and credit infrastructure solutions.
Aventur raised an undisclosed growth round from a Dutch family office to expand its AI-powered financial wellbeing platform.
DIGITEC received a strategic minority investment from EMH Partners to accelerate global growth in FX swaps pricing and workflow automation software.
Digital Asset secured strategic investments from BNY, iCapital, Nasdaq, and S&P Global to expand its privacy-enabled blockchain technology for global financial markets.

Debt Financing

Mondu secured a €100 million (~$117 million) debt facility from J.P. Morgan Payments to support its B2B payments expansion across Europe.
Scalapay secured €70 million (~$82 million) in debt financing from the European Investment Bank to scale its BNPL payments infrastructure.

Venture Funds

BYT Capital launched a ₹180 crore (~$20 million) venture fund focused on deeptech-focused startups.
