  • Accounting and payroll platform Sage will acquire UK cash-flow forecasting provider Futrli.
  • Rewire, a digital wallet for economic migrants, acquired Imagen, an Israeli prepaid card provider.
  • UK neobank Starling Bank is in the process of acquiring a £500 million mortgage book from specialist lender Masthaven.
  • Australian digital payment and lending company Latitude Group will rescind its A$335 million acquisition offer for buy-now-pay-later firm Humm Group.
  • Wealth management tech provider AssetMark is acquiring managed account provider Adhesion Wealth.
🏦 M&A - Bank and FinServ
  • Euronext will acquire Italian payment giant Nexi’s capital markets business for €57 million. Meanwhile, private equity firm AnaCap will acquire Nexi’s digital invoice distribution and bill payment business.
  • Harbourfront, a Canadian wealth management firm, received a strategic investment from private equity firm Audax.
  • Wealth manager Hawksmoor will acquire UK peer Gore Browne.
