• Securitize, a tokenization firm linked to BlackRock, announced plans to go public via a SPAC deal with a valuation at $1.25 billion in pre-money equity.
• KR1 plans to list on the London Stock Exchange, valuing the crypto staking firm at about £56 million (~$74 million).

• Barclays agreed to acquire BestEgg, a U.S. personal lending startup for $800 million to bolster its consumer finance platform.
• Morgan Stanley announced plans to acquire EquityZen, a private shares trading platform.
• Guidewire agreed to acquire ProNavigator, an AI platform designed for insurers.
