  • Polymarket raised an investment of $2 billion from ICE (Intercontinental Exchange), the $90 billion parent of the NYSE, bringing prediction markets into the financial mainstream.
  • DualEntry raised $90 million in Series A to modernize ERP systems with AI, automating financial workflows for mid-sized businesses.
  • Meanwhile raised $82 million to expand its Bitcoin-denominated life insurance products through institutional partners.
  • Feedzai raised $75 million at a valuation above $2 billion to expand its AI-native platform that helps financial institutions detect and prevent fraud, scams, and money laundering.
  • Routefusion raised $26.5 million in Series A to expand its global cross-border payments infrastructure, making international payments more reliable and transparent.
  • Coinflow Labs raised $25 million in Series A to accelerate adoption of its unified global pay-in and payout infrastructure with instant stablecoin settlement.
  • Aiprise raised $12.5 million to help businesses streamline Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) processes.
  • Akua raised $8.5 million in seed funding to build payments infrastructure in Latin America.
  • Chip raised £6 million (~$7.5 million) at a £208 million valuation to grow its UK digital wealth app.
  • Agio Ratings raised $6 million to expand its digital asset risk management tools and broaden the scope of its risk ratings.
  • Focal raised $5 million in seed funding to accelerate the expansion of its AI-powered productivity platform for financial advisors.
  • Vilja raised SEK 40 million (~$4 million) to grow its cloud-based core banking platform beyond the Nordic region.
  • BVNK received a strategic investment from Citi Ventures to scale its global stablecoin infrastructure, which processes over $20 billion annually for regulated enterprises.

  • Younited raised €400 million (~$464.5 million) through a warehouse financing facility with U.S. bank Citi to support its personal loans and credit business across Europe.
  • Teylor raised €150 million (~$174.3 million) from Fasanara Capital to accelerate its SME financing and factoring operations across Europe.
Venture Funds
  • Crystal Venture Partners raised $33 million for its debut fund led by a former insurance executive, focusing on AI-driven startups for insurance.
  • Lisk raised $15 million for its EMpower Fund to back post-incubation Web3 founders in Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.
  • Sterling Brokers received an undisclosed amount from HGGC to expand its insurance and employee benefits brokerage presence in Canada.
