🇪🇺 Payments processor Worldline is to raise €500m to support its turnaround.

🇪🇺 A2A payment fintech Devengo raised a €2m pre-seed round backed by Spanish banks.

🇪🇺 Credit marketplace Credix raised a $6m round from Valor Capital, Patria Investimentos, PaaFi Capital and Poligono Capital.

🇪🇺 AI accounting provider Kabilio raised a €4m round from ENISA, Picus Capital and Visionaries Club.

🇪🇺 Coinbase Europe was fined $25m by Central Bank of Ireland for breaching AML obligations.

🇬🇧 Digital asset group Ripple has acquired wallet and custody provider Palisade. The group also formed a stablecoin collaboration agreement with Webbank, Gemini and Mastercard to explore settling card transactions using XRPL.

🌍 US biotech firm Tharimmune is raising $540m in capital to launch a digital asset treasury in Canton Coin.

🌍 Crypto exchange Gemini is to launch predict market contracts.

🇪🇺 Dutch payment solution iDEAL will rebrand to iDEAL | Wero next year as the two solutions combine in an attempt to build a pan-European solution.

🇪🇺 Payment processor Worldline is collaborating with Fipto to integrate stablecoins into European payment rails.

🌍 Global payments platform Airwallex reached $1bn in annual recurring revenue.

🌍 Stripe is exploring adding face recognition to its POS terminals for in-person payments.
