  • Solutions by Text, a company that gives people a way to pay their bills and apply for loans via text messaging, raised $93.5 million in growth equity and around $16.5 million in debt, after bootstrapping growth from 2008 to 2021.

  • FintechOS, a Romanian low-code platform for banks and insurers, raised a $60 million Series B.

  • Relay, a Canada-based business banking and money management platform for the US, raised a $32.2 million Series B.

  • Supervizor, a quality assurance platform built for finance teams, raised $22 million.

  • Forward, a payments provider for vertical software, raised a $16 million seed round.

  • Félix Pago, a WhatsApp-based chatbot that makes it simple to send and receive cross-border money transfers, even with a voice message, between the US and Mexico, raised a $15.5 million Series A.

  • CBiGroup, which provides trade financing services, raised a $15 million Series A.

  • Swiipr, an airline industry payment system, raised a £6 million Series A.

  • Kintsugi, a platform for automating sales tax compliance, raised a $6 million Series A at a $40 million valuation.

  • SCRYPT, a Swiss provider of crypto-based financial services, raised $5 million.

  • Anzen Finance, a platform creating a digital dollar backed by Real World Assets, raised a $4 million seed round.

  • ZTLment, a Danish startup building compliant wallet infrastructure on decentralized rails for ordering and booking platforms, raised a €2.4 million pre-seed.

  • Frich, a consumer app to to help Gen Z be more realistic about finances (below), raised a $2.8 million seed round.

  • Coinflow Labs, a crypto-based instant settlement payment provider, raised a $2.25 million seed round.

  • Deedster, a Swedish firm which helps financial institutions in addressing the increasing regulatory pressure to combat climate change, raised $1.4 million.

  • Aperidata, a UK consumer and business credit reporting and open banking platform, raised £1 million from British bill payment provider PayPoint.

  • Alviere, an embedded financing platform focused on worker payments, raised funding from payroll and HR provider Deel.

  • Anrok, a global sales tax platform for software companies, addedIntuit Ventures to its Series B.

  • MarketNode, a Singapore-based digital market infrastructure operator, raised a Series A from HSBC.

  • STON.fi, a UK-based decentralized automated market maker exchange, raised funding,

  • Perennial fintech investor Valar Ventures raised a $300 million ninth fund.

  • Vehicle-secured credit card provider Yendo secured $150 million in debt financing.
