Wealth and investing platforms led this week’s fintech funding, with U.K.-based FNZ raising $450 million and Indonesian stock-trading platform Ajaib landing a $270 million Series C.
Money movement also attracted substantial capital. TabaPay raised $155 million to support its planned acquisition of Transact Bank, while remittance platform Félix Pago paired an $87 million equity round with a $113 million credit facility. Odyssey Energy Solutions raised $74 million across equity and debt, and USD.AI obtained a $100 million stablecoin-denominated facility for GPU financing.
Among venture funds, Andreessen Horowitz raised $1.1 billion for AI infrastructure, while Cherubic Ventures closed a $68.88 million fund for AI-native startups. Auxxo closed a €33.3 million ($38.2 million) fund for female-founded European startups, while SaaSholic closed a $30 million fund for seed-stage Latin American B2B software companies.

Stat of the Week
Global fintech investment reached $103.1 billion in the first half of 2026, up from $72.2 billion in the second half of 2025, according to KPMG. Payments attracted $44.2 billion, while AI-focused fintechs drew $21.4 billion across venture capital, private equity and M&A.
Venture Financing
FNZ, a UK-based wealth-management technology platform, secured $450 million in equity funding from its existing institutional shareholders.
Ajaib, an Indonesia-based digital investment platform, raised $270 million in a Series C from SBI Holdings.
TabaPay, a Palo Alto-based money-movement platform, closed $155 million in strategic growth financing led by FTV Capital to support its planned acquisition of Transact Bank.
Félix Pago, a Miami-based remittance platform serving Latin American immigrants, raised an $87 million equity round led by Andreessen Horowitz.
Cari, the operator of a bank-governed digital-money network, raised $32.5 million in the first tranche of its initial external funding round.
Odyssey Energy Solutions, a Boulder-based financing and procurement platform for distributed renewable-energy projects, raised a $27 million equity round.
Reapit, a U.K.-based technology platform for real estate agencies, received more than £20 million ($27 million) from Accel-KKR to expand its platform and AI capabilities.
Paytner, a Japan-based online invoice-factoring platform for freelancers and small businesses, raised ¥2.3 billion ($14.3 million) in a Series D round.
Immediate, a Birmingham, Alabama-based earned wage access and financial-wellness platform, closed a $13 million Series B.
Firelight, a decentralized protocol providing protection against on-chain financial risks, raised $8 million in a seed round.
MemeBitcoin, a Singapore-based Bitcoin-native community project, raised $8 million in a strategic round.
Catapult Trade, an on-chain token launchpad and leveraged-trading platform, disclosed a total of $6.6 million raised across four funding rounds.
Plenti, a Colombia-based multicurrency account platform for consumers and businesses, raised $3 million in a seed round led by Tether.
Laters.com, formerly Fly Fairly, a Singapore-based flight-booking platform offering flexible payment options, raised $1.5 million in a seed round.
Instarc, an Estonia-based provider of cloud-native regulatory compliance software, secured €1.25 million ($1.45 million) in strategic funding.
Rightcharge, a U.K.-based provider of an EV fleet-charging payments platform, raised £500,000 ($676,737) in growth funding.
Kingsview Partners, a wealth management platform, received a growth investment from FTV Capital.
De¹, an AI-powered financial-intelligence platform built around on-chain market data, received a strategic investment from YZi Labs.
Aurenity, a Connecticut-based technology-enabled excess-and-surplus insurance managing general agent, received a strategic growth investment from Great Hill Partners.
Debt Financing
Félix Pago, a Miami-based remittance platform serving Latin American immigrants, secured a $113 million credit facility.
Odyssey Energy Solutions, a Boulder-based financing and procurement platform for distributed renewable-energy projects, secured $47 million in debt financing.
ID Finance, a Spain-based consumer-lending fintech, secured a €21 million ($24.4 million) debt facility from German asset manager nordIX.
Nayla, a Saudi Arabia-based fintech providing Sharia-compliant financing to microbusinesses, raised approximately $18 million in a pre-Series A comprising equity and debt financing.
Nomba, a Nigeria-based payments and digital-banking platform, secured a $3 million debt facility.
Venture Funds
Andreessen Horowitz raised $1.1 billion for its Machine Age Fund, which will invest in AI infrastructure spanning chips, memory, networking, storage, data centers and robotics.
Cherubic Ventures closed its sixth fund at $68.88 million to back early-stage AI-native companies, building on a portfolio that included Japanese buy now, pay later provider Paidy before its $2.7 billion sale to PayPal.
Auxxo closed its second Female Catalyst Fund at €33.3 million ($38.2 million) to back European pre-seed and seed startups with at least one female founder.
Brazilian VC SaaSholic closed its third fund at $30 million to invest in seed-stage Latin American B2B software companies.
