Venture Financing
Uzum raised $131.5 million ($81.5 million equity + $50 million convertible) to expand its digital banking, payments, and e-commerce super-app serving 20M users across Uzbekistan at a $2.3B valuation.
KAST raised $80 million in a Series A to expand its global stablecoin-powered neobank platform, serving 1M+ users across 190+ countries.
Crossover Markets raised $31 million in a Series B at a $200M valuation to expand its institutional crypto trading platform CROSSx.
PactFi raised $25 million in a Series A led by 7RIDGE's Ecosystem Impact Fund to build its secure workflow platform for private credit.
Evervault raised $25 million in Series B to expand its encryption infrastructure platform, building the “internet’s clearing house for sensitive data.”
Wealthyhood raised €6 million (~$7 million) from the Bank of Cyprus to expand its wealthtech app helping younger investors build wealth.
finperks raised €3.4 million (~$4 million) in pre-seed funding to build prepaid payment card infrastructure for fintechs and banks across Europe.
Denki raised $4.1 million in seed funding to build an AI-powered software for financial auditors at public companies.
Vivox AI raised £1.3 million (~$1.7 million) in its first funding round to build regulator-ready, “atomic" AI agents for AML, KYB/KYC, and financial crime compliance at regulated financial institutions.
DivTax raised €1 million (~$1.1 million) in a pre-seed round to build a digital end-to-end platform to help investors reclaim overpaid withholding tax on foreign dividends.
IperMoney raised an undisclosed seed round with strategic participation from 3M Stp to develop its digital banking platform for businesses.
Debt Financing
Propel Holdings raised an additional $150 million forward flow commitment to support the national U.S. rollout of FreshLine, its AI-powered unsecured personal line-of-credit product for near-prime consumers, developed in partnership with Column.
TaxDown raised €4 million in debt financing from BBVA Spark to develop new AI-based tax optimization solutions and expand beyond its 4M+ users across Spain and Mexico.
