🌍 Spend management platform Brex secured a $235m credit facility with Citi and TPG Angelo Gordon.

🌍 Stablecoin issuer Tether is set to relocate to El Salvador following its new DASP licence. The issuer is also to use Kraken's Ink Layer 2 to deploy its cross-chain stablecoin USDT0.

🌍 Crypto exchange Gemini was hit with a $5m penalty from CFTC.

🌍 Coinbase is to offer bitcoin-backed loans through Morpho, a lending platform on Base.
