  • Nasdaq Private Market, the private company share marketplace created via Nasdaq's acquisition of SecondMarket that spun out in 2021, raised a $62.6 million Series B.

  • Pennylane, a French financial management and accounting platform for startups, raised €40 million at a €1 billion valuation.

  • ProducePay, a capital provider for agricultural producers, raised a $38 million Series D.

  • Oobit, a mobile payments app for crypto-to-fiat purchases, raised a $25 million Series A.

  • Tuum, an Estonian core banking provider, raised a €25 million Series B.

  • Overflow, a startup enabling charitable organizations to accept stock and crypto donations, raised a $20 million in Series B.

  • Traive, a Brazilian AI risk analysis and credit trading platform for agriculture, raised $20 million.

  • Adroit Trading, an execution management system for buy-side desks, raised a $15 million Series A.

  • Closinglock, a confirmed payment provider to prevent fraud in real estate transactions, raised a $12 million Series A and $4 million seed round.

  • Finally, an AI for small business accounting insights (below), raised $10 million

  • Mesh, a B2B identity provider for marketplaces and financial services, raised a $5.7 million seed.

  • OTO, an Indian vehicle finance platform for two-wheelers, raised $10 million.

  • Velar, a perpetual swaps exchange for bitcoin DeFi, raised $3.5 million.

  • Code, a digitally-native self-custodial micropayments platform, raised a $6.5 million seed round.

  • Bankwell, a generative AI tool for small business lending, raised $3.9 million.

  • Cashinvoice, an Indian supply-chain finance platform, raised a $3.4 million Series A.

  • Rize, a Saudi rent-now-pay-later monthly installment provider, raised a $2.9 million seed round.

  • Pluto.markets, a Danish challenger neobroker and investing platform, raised $2.6 million.

  • SUMA Wealth, a provider of financial health and wealth management for 1 million+ young Latinos, raised $2.2 million.

  • Axiology, a decentralized ledger securities trading and settlement infrastructure provider, raised €2 million.

  • docStribute, a distributed ledger technology for financial services client communications, raised £820,000.

  • Teamfront, a business management software and payments solutions, with $2.2 billion in invoicing volume, received a growth investment from private equity firm Mainsail.

  • Co-branded credit card provider Imprint raised a new credit facility from Silicon Valley Bank.
