Datavault AI agreed to acquire cybersecurity and compliance platform CyberCatch for $94.5 million in cash.
U.K.-based VP Fintech Group completed its acquisition of crypto-payments infrastructure provider GlblNexus in a £10 million ($13.5 million) share deal.
Insurance brokerage Alliant Insurance Services agreed to acquire AI-powered employee-benefits platform and broker Nava Benefits.
Western Union’s pending $500 million acquisition of remittance provider Intermex faced another delay after California regulators suspended their previous approval of the deal.
M&A - Banks and Financial Institutions
HomeTrust Bancshares agreed to acquire Blue Ridge Bankshares in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately $448.1 million.
Goldman Sachs agreed to acquire commercial real estate investment manager LCN Capital Partners for up to $410 million.
Datavault AI agreed to acquire digital-asset bank BankWyse for approximately $22 million in cash and stock, plus up to $10 million in contingent payments.
T. Rowe Price agreed to acquire fixed-income asset manager and ETF provider F/m Investments, which oversees approximately $19 billion.
Willis Re agreed to acquire BMS Group’s U.S. reinsurance brokerage and capital-advisory operations.
Stone Point Capital and Genstar Capital agreed to take equal ownership stakes in retirement and savings-services provider Ascensus.
MAI Capital Management acquired California registered investment advisor OG Private Wealth.
Stone Point Capital acquired Ever.Ag’s agricultural risk-management business, which provides insurance, advisory and derivatives-brokerage services.
Marco Capital agreed to acquire insurance-services provider Pro Global, which will be combined with PoloWorks.
