In a quieter week for fintech funding, restaurant technology attracted nearly $500 million in debt and equity. inKind secured $414 million in debt financing to expand its restaurant-funding platform, while back-office software provider MarginEdge raised $80 million in a Series D round.

Meanwhile, PointsKash landed a milestone-based commitment of up to $100 million, and Yuno raised $45 million to develop payment products for agentic commerce and financial institutions. Quartr, Axle and River Markets also raised fresh funding across financial data, insurance infrastructure and prediction markets.

In VC funds, Accel raised $550 million for its ninth India early-stage fund, and Team8 secured $365 million for new and follow-on investments across cybersecurity, software infrastructure, fintech and digital health.

  • Colombia-founded payments infrastructure provider Yuno raised $45 million in Series B funding to expand its global payments platform and develop products for agentic commerce and financial institutions.

  • Multifamily real estate intelligence platform ApartmentIQ secured a $25 million follow-on investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity.

  • Sweden-based financial data platform Quartr raised €15.6 million ($18 million) in funding to expand its AI-ready public-company data coverage.

  • Insurance data infrastructure provider Axle raised $17.5 million in Series A funding to automate insurance verification and policy workflows.

  • Institutional prediction-market trading platform River Markets raised $8.5 million in seed funding to build trading and execution tools for professional investors.

  • AI-powered real estate underwriting platform Diald raised $1 million in follow-on funding to launch its conversational property analysis platform.

  • Uruguay-based debt-collection technology provider hiSofi raised $1 million to build an AI and data-science hub.

  • India-based financial services AI platform Vecton AI raised ₹6 crore ($628,600) in pre-seed funding to expand its team and help financial institutions deploy AI.

Debt Financing

  • Restaurant-financing platform inKind raised $414 million in debt financing from Citi, Cross River, Sagard, Varadero Capital and Trinity Capital.

  • Brazilian retail-credit infrastructure fintech Ume raised R$500 million (approximately $97 million) in structured debt financing.

  • UAE-based mobility financing and fleet infrastructure platform Naran raised $10 million in debt and equity financing, with the breakdown undisclosed.

  • Global student-housing marketplace House of Student raised $2 million in seed funding, comprising debt and equity, to expand its AI-powered student-living platform.

Venture Funds

  • Venture capital firm Accel raised $550 million for its ninth India-focused fund to back early-stage startups across AI, fintech, enterprise software, consumer technology and advanced manufacturing.

  • Tel Aviv- and New York-based venture firm Team8 raised $365 million in new capital, comprising $265 million for its third venture fund and more than $100 million for follow-on investments in cybersecurity, software infrastructure, fintech and digital health portfolio companies.

  • BlackSoil Asset Management closed its second India credit fund at ₹500 crore ($52.4 million) to finance high-growth companies across fintech, financial services and other technology sectors.
