Kalshi, a New York-based prediction-market operator, reported raising roughly $1.12 billion since April, including its previously announced $1 billion Series F round led by Coatue.
Socure, a provider of identity-verification and fraud-prevention technology, raised $156 million and acquired identity-orchestration platform Fravity.
RQD*Clearing, a New York-based provider of clearing and custody infrastructure, secured $74 million in a minority growth investment led by Bain Capital Tech Opportunities.
Fasset, a UAE-based stablecoin neobanking platform, raised $68 million in a Series C.
Helcim, a Calgary-based payments and commerce platform for small and midsize businesses, raised C$53 million ($38.3 million) in a Series C led by BDC Capital.
PayRewards, a Dallas-based rewards platform for small-business payments, raised $28 million in a Series E.
Digs, a Washington-based provider of AI software and digital twins for residential construction, raised $25.3 million in a Series A.
Standard Metrics, a San Francisco-based portfolio-management platform for venture capital and private-equity firms, raised $20 million in a Series B.
Nexedge Capital, an India-based wealth-management and multifamily-office firm, raised $20 million in its first institutional funding round.
Hivemind Digital Group, an asset-management and tokenization infrastructure provider, raised $17 million in strategic funding.
NeoSoul, a provider of autonomous AI agents for on-chain trading, raised $11 million in a pre-Series A.
Payload, a Cincinnati-based embedded-payments infrastructure provider, raised $9 million in a Series A led by Fifth Third Bank.
Beldex, a Seychelles-based privacy-focused blockchain infrastructure provider, raised $8 million in an undisclosed round.
Neno, an Amsterdam-based provider of AI-native financial-management and bookkeeping software, raised €6.6 million ($7.7 million) in a seed round.

Pouchers, a Nigeria-based stablecoin-powered multicurrency payments platform, raised $500,000 in a pre-seed round.

Australia’s Blackbird Ventures closed its sixth fund valued at A$1.05 billion ($740 million) following investments in fintechs Airwallex and CoinJar.
Ventures Platform closed its oversubscribed $84 million Pan-African Fund II to back pre-seed through Series A startups across fintech, healthcare, SaaS and AI, with checks of up to $3 million.
Fiat Ventures rebranded as FGV Capital and closed an oversubscribed $35 million Fund II, above its $25 million target, to back early-stage fintech, financial-access and AI startups.
