Pagaya, an AI-powered consumer lending platform, closed a $460 million revolving personal loan facility backed by loans originated on its network. The company expects the facility to deploy about $850 million over its 24-month revolving period.

In venture financing, Numeral raised $100 million for its AI-powered sales tax compliance platform, and Go.AI raised $85 million to provide on-premises AI infrastructure to banks and other regulated businesses.

Payments and digital assets followed: Space Labs received a $50 million strategic investment, HIFI raised $37 million, and Egypt’s Paymob secured $35 million.

Nearly 6 in 10 U.S. adults (56%) said they would consider using stablecoins to send money abroad if the coins came with bank-level fraud protection and deposit insurance, compared to 36% without those protections, per research from Visa. The protections were hypothetical; stablecoins are not currently covered by deposit insurance.

  • Atum, a network for global money movement, launched with $13.5 million in funding.

  • Monetary Metals, a marketplace for earning yield on gold and silver, raised $10.5 million in equity financing.

  • Sprive, a U.K. mortgage-overpayment app, raised £7.7 million ($10 million) in a Series A.

  • Mika, a German AI-powered tax and accounting platform for small businesses, raised about €6 million ($6.8 million) in seed funding.

  • Benford, a technology-enabled financial audit firm, raised €5 million ($5.7 million) in pre-seed funding.

  • Beagle Labs, an AI-powered property intelligence platform for insurers, raised $4.1 million in pre-seed funding.

  • Snag, a marketplace for sublets and short-term rentals, raised $4 million in seed funding.

Debt Financing

  • Pagaya closed a $460 million revolving personal loan facility backed by consumer loans originated on its network; the company said the transaction will deploy approximately $850 million in total capital over a 24-month revolving period.

  • Fox Ridge Capital, a U.S. commercial lender, closed a $75 million revolving credit facility with DZ BANK to support equipment-finance originations.

  • FintechOS, a financial-product operations platform for banks and insurers, raised $28 million in combined equity and debt financing.

  • Mirai RiskTech, a Spanish bank balance-sheet management platform, secured up to €5 million ($5.7 million) in venture debt from Inveready, to be drawn in tranches as it meets business milestones.

  • Tenora, a U.K. corporate treasury and FX platform, secured a £2 million ($2.6 million) funding line from Fexco, alongside £5.5 million ($7.3 million) in equity investment.

Venture Funds

  • Breed VC raised $15 million for its second early-stage crypto fund, which will back startups building open financial infrastructure and decentralized AI.

  • AATech and Lazio Innova committed €2.5 million ($2.84 million) to an accelerator program that plans to invest in five startups developing AI technology for financial services in Italy’s Lazio region.
